Coaching Circles are small, peer-based learning groups where participants come together to support each other’s development through structured conversations, shared experiences, and guided coaching practices.
Instead of a traditional 1:1 coaching model, Coaching Circles leverage group wisdom and collective problem-solving facilitated by a credentialed consultant.

In the sub-category tiles within the 3 sections (LDP/LCP/TCP) my plan was to include the text OVER the image when hovering, not beneath the image as you see here. I left it like this so you can see how much text needs to be cut in order for this to work. The TAP is the longest but the paragraphs in the LCP/TCP categories need to be the same length as the 3 in LDP to make this work. Remember there is no hover function on mobile so the user has to click in order to see the 'hover' information.
LE2 page
If you go to the LE2 page (under OUR SOLUTIONS in the menu) I have listed the information for the LDP/LCP/TCP sub-category sections.
This would be good if you don't want to reduce the text in each sub section, you could even add to it if needed. I can add an image for each of the LDP/LCP/TCP sections to this page too but this would make scrolling longer. This page is a better user experience, no hover information that could be missed on mobile, and the text on the page is better when Google is crawling too.
LE2 page
I have also re-added the original half page scroll onto a new page called LE3 (under OUR SOLUTIONS in the menu). I still like this action to scroll as you see the sub-category you are currently reading about on the left side while scrolling them on the right. I think the added links at the top of the page help the user to understand there are 3 sub-categories to follow.
FYI - non of these pages are yet optimized for tablet or mobile till we decide which way to go.
