How do you feel about metrics?
We measure performance for every activity we undertake. Abbreviated 360 assessments for executives at the end of coaching have resulted in percentage improvements in target development areas ranging from 15 to 47%.
On average our training programs, remote and in-person, receive 8.3+ on a 10-point scale.

What is Meta Team?
Meta Team is UK based company that has developed a data-driven team performance system used by 250+ organisations in 25+ countries. It combines a 360° diagnostic (the Team Performance Profiler) with a sequenced series of targeted two-hour workouts to identify and remove the primary constraint limiting a leadership team’s performance. The result is measurable improvement in decision-making speed, accountability, alignment, and execution — typically 10–30% within 6+ months.

What will I be able to do after accreditation?
You’ll be a fully certified Meta Team Practitioner, qualified to administer the 360° Team Performance Profiler, facilitate team debrief sessions, and deliver the sequenced Meta Team workout program. You’ll have everything you need to take your first client from diagnostic to measurable results.
Is this accreditation recognized by the ICF?
Yes. The Meta Team accreditation program is ICF-accredited, earning participants 20 Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEUs) toward their ICF credential renewal. You’ll receive a digital badge and certification you can display on your LinkedIn profile and website.
What kind of clients will I be able to work with?
Meta Team is most powerful with senior leadership teams, C-suite teams, PE-backed leadership teams, post-merger integration teams, newly formed leadership groups, and scaling businesses navigating growth friction. Strategic partners charge $15,000+ per team engagement, opening a high-value market segment that individual coaching rarely reaches.
How long does the accreditation take?
The foundation program is two three-hour virtual sessions — you can be certified within weeks. The Client Excellence module takes place when you win your first engagement and is delivered 1:1 with the Leverage Leadership team. Total time from start to client-ready: typically four to six weeks.
What ongoing support does Leverage Leadership provide?
We’re with you beyond the certificate. Leverage Leadership provides regular community calls, peer supervision, marketing support, and first-line technical and delivery support for your client projects. You’re never figuring it out alone.
