How do you feel about metrics?
We measure performance for every activity we undertake. Abbreviated 360 assessments for executives at the end of coaching have resulted in percentage improvements in target development areas ranging from 15 to 47%.
On average, our training programs, remote and in-person, receive 8.3+ on a 10-point scale.
Our Inclusive Excellence and Culture Change initiatives build and deliver custom organizational scorecards that include both quantitative and qualitative KPI’s. With our public sector clients alone, we have a 92% renewal rate on work.
